Michael McCarty is the CEO of Shrimpy Advisory. Mr. McCarty’s further business experienceis as follows:

2015 - 2016 / Software Engineer - Boeing, an aerospace company

Mr. McCarty is 32 years old and he has a Bachelor’s degree in Bioengineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

There are no legal or disciplinary events material to a client’s or prospective client’s evaluation of Mr. McCarty.
Item 4. Other Business Activities
Currently, Mr. McCarty is also the CEO of Benthos Labs, Inc. Benthos Labs, Inc. Shrimpy Advisory is a wholly owned subsidiary of Benthos Labs, Inc. Benthos Labs, Inc. also operates a cryptocurrency wallet and account aggregator called Shrimpy Pro. Shrimpy Pro allows users to facilitate cryptocurrency trades across multiple cryptocurrency accounts and exchanges. Shrimpy Pro customers cannot deposit or withdraw funds through Shrimpy Pro and Shrimpy Pro does not take custody of customer funds. Customers of Shrimpy Pro may also be clients of Shrimpy Advisory. Therefore, due to the nature of each entity’s business, conflicts of interest may arise between the two. Notwithstanding any potential conflicts of interest, Shrimpy Advisory will always seek to act in the best interests of its clients and to put client interests before the interests of itself and Benthos Labs, Inc.
Mr. McCarty is not registered, nor has an application to register, as a broker-dealer, registered representative of a broker-dealer, futures commission merchant (“FCM”), commodity pool operator (“CPO”), commodity trading advisor (“CTA”), or an associated person an FCM, CPO, or CTA. Mr. McCarty also does not receive commissions, bonuses, or other compensation based on the sale of securities or other investment products, including as a broker-dealer or registered representative, and including distribution or service (“trail”) fees from the sale of mutual funds.
Item 5. Additional Compensation
Mr. McCarty does not receive any economic benefit for providing advisory services to anyone who is not a client.
Item 6. Supervision
Mr. McCarty is the co-head of the Firm’s Investment Committee, which is also responsible for reviewing digital assets and baskets prior to and after launch. Mr. McCarty does not provide advice directly to individual clients. Each Client’s account is periodically reviewed no less than annually for adherence to the Client’s objectives, restrictions, and basket allocation selection. Shrimpy Advisory and Benthos Labs, Inc. are affiliated companies, but do not share clients. Therefore, there is no relationship between the advisory business and Mr. Nayudu’s other financial industry activities that would create a material conflict of interest with clients.
